Strict no exchange & no refund policy
We do not offer exchanges, refunds, or returns unless the item has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged.

- Customer has to pay the delivery charges in case of exchange
Condition for defective product returns
Defective product claims will be rejected in the following cases:
- The defect is reported after 48 hours of delivery.
- The item has been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- The defect is minor and does not affect functionality (e.g., color variations due to screen resolution).The product is a customized or made-to-order item (final sale).
- The product was purchased at a discounted price (sale items are final sale).
- The product has already been worn.
Order cancellation policy
Customers can request order cancellations within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Made-to-order and customized products cannot be canceled.
- Orders that have already been processed, dispatched, or shipped cannot be canceled.

Refund policy for canceled orders
- If a cancellation request is approved within 12 hours, store credit or the same value will be issued.
- Store credit is valid for 30 days only and can be used for future purchases.
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- Cancellation requests made after 12 hours will not be accommodated.
Non-cancellable items

- Sale or discounted items
- Orders that have already been processed, dispatched, or shipped.


Domestic/international orders exchange policy
- Size exchanges are only accepted within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Customers must bear all shipping costs for exchanges unless the mistake was on our end.
- Any disputed chargebacks without a valid reason will result in legal action.
- No exchanges or returns are allowed on international orders, unless the mistake was on our end.
- Once an international order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified for any reason.
- Customers who repeatedly cancel orders without a valid reason may be permanently blacklisted from future purchases.

- Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes without a legitimate claim will result in legal action, and the customer may be restricted from placing future orders.
Color & design variations
- Due to lighting, photography, and screen settings, the color or texture of the final product may slightly differ from what is seen on screen.
- No exchanges or refunds will be issued for color variations.
Chargeback & dispute policy
- Any unauthorized chargeback or dispute raised without a valid reason will result in the permanent blocking of the customer from future purchases.
- We reserve the right to take legal action if a false claim or chargeback is made.
- We will not entertain any claims made after 48hrs of receiving the product.
General terms & conditions
- Rome holds full discretion over approving or rejecting returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
- Any return shipping costs and customs duties are the customer’s responsibility.
- Rome is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments due to third-party courier services
